F-16CJ, serial # 91-03760 flown by 1LT Russ "Redbone" Rotan turns over an airfield target in the background after releasing two GBU-12, 500 lb. laser-guided bombs during a training sortie from Shaw AFB, S.C. The jet is assigned to the 77th Fighter Squadron "Gamblers' and is a CCIP upgraded aircraft capable of carrying targeting pods (which it carries in this photo) to allow it to perform the Destruction of Enemy Air Defenses (DEAD) mission.
