'Braves', 3rd Battalion (Assault Helicopter Battalion), 4th Combat Aviation Bridage, 4th Infantry Division based at Ft. Hood, TX.  29 Nov. 2007. Enchanted Rock is a huge, pink granite exfoliation dome, that rises 425 feet above ground, 1825 feet above sea level, and covers 640 acres. It is one of the largest batholiths (underground rock formation uncovered by erosion) in the United States.

Worth on 19 Oct. 2007.  2007 marked the first full year for the Sky Soldiers on the air show circuit. The Sky Soldiers Cobra demo team are part of the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation based in Atlanta, Ga. and is sponsored by the US Army Recruiting Command and Bell Helicopter (among others). focalplaneimagery > Chris Foltz at the controls of the Carolinas Aviation Museum OV-1D Mohawk, serial # 62-5874 (N1171Y), in-flight over North Carolina as the aircraft is flown to Andrews AFB, MD. for an airshow appearance. Foltz flew OV-1s as an Army aviator and is now a volunteer pilot with the museum. He is currently a USAF Lieutenant Colonel and flies C-130s with Air Force Special Operations Command.
